When you submit a demo, we collect the details you provide: your artist name, email address, location, the link to your track, genre, any note, and any optional social/portfolio link. We also record your IP address for spam prevention.

How we use it

We use this information solely to review your submission and, where relevant, to contact you about it. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Service providers

Submissions are delivered by email through our email provider (Resend), and spam is filtered using Cloudflare Turnstile. These providers process the data only to deliver these services.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the information you submitted at any time by contacting us at theradiantnetwork@gmail.com.
